Sand Village Characters

Here's the deal when creating characters: You may have Kekkei Genkai , or bloodline limits.This must be explained in detail for the different levels of jutsus, although the character may not have acess to them all at the begining, and specially training may be needed for the rest, your milage may vary.
You may be born in any of the villages, which are leaf, sound, sand, water, fire, mist, and any others i might have forgotten. however, for the sake of ease, all characters will be situated in the leaf village. this is only because we know where everything is there and around there. Being born in those villages will give you an affinity for jutsus of that nature and from the area. Some jutsu's can only be learned by leaf ninja, for example.
Characters begin as lowest level in the academy, on graduation day. When creating your character, list what the character is good in. for example
Taijutsu (physical techniques)- average
Ninjutsu (special ability's, such as breathing fire)- Exceptional
Chakra control/Genjutsu (i don't really know if theres such as thing as a genjutsu for people fresh out of the academy)- poor.
Your chakra nature will be determined after a good bit of time into the campaign, as it is common training technique.
After that its basically a characters looks, personality, and the like. Have at it then

The 8th Kazekage, Motario Akani, Has been in the position of Kazekage since the beginning of the last great ninja war. Seen as ruthless on the battlefield, he stopped entire attack waves with minimal jutsu's. As a ruler, he is fair and kind, holding his people above all things. He greatly respects the Leaf village for never going back on their word to help the Sand. He holds the other villages at odds, and has placed spies in each of the neighboring countries. Has eight Jonin under his ANBU Unit, Each on a master of their own craft and with their own Kekkigenkai. His normal Jonin's total in much larger numbers. Among them is:

Higasho Akani. Jonin level, and eldest son of the Kazekage. Unlike his father, he is not ruthless, choosing to spare his enemies more often than not. That said, if you threaten his comrades, he will kill you with his bare hands. He has refused ANBU training, preferring instead to train the new genin, feeling his talents are better served there.
