Ranking system for villages

The possible ranks are:

* Academy Student
* Genin
* Chūnin
* Tokubetsu Jōnin
* Jōnin
* Kage
* Head Ninja
* ANBU
Genin are fresh from the academy. They become Chunin after completing an Exam, which will be schedualed later.
Chunin get harder missions and are generally stronger than Chunin. They Become Jonin After recognition of their skills.
The Kage is chosen from the villages elders, normally by the previous kage if the situation of retirment is peaceful. The Kage can assign Head ninja and ANBU
The ANBU are essentially secret service. If you know an ANBU by name, you only know the name they have given you
