The Pidgeys that Blaze and Squirtle attacked both flee. the one Marcus aimed at Dodges Then the remaining three look at each other than at Marcus and Tenera as though to say "Thanks, a lot." and fly away.

Thanks for the help Tenera, Blaze. Good job Squirtle." -I turn and look at the Weedle- "Crap...he's hurt kinda bad. Tenera, check on the Pidgey."

i go and check on the pidgey and see it is breathing shallowly, i see no healing herbs nearby, so i pull out a pokeball, look at it wondering what to do then blaze says to me "tap him with it, normaly you would throw it at him but since you are so close.... so i tap the pidgey with it

noticing what Tenera is doing, I pull out one of my pokeballs. "Would you like to come with us?"

Tenera's Pokéball flashes a bright soothing green light as the Pidgey is Captured, Then his PokéIDAO Lists this Information:

The Weedle looks to Marcus with Compassion and acceptance then Nods as though to say "Yes!"

I tap Weedle gently on his horn. He turns into light, entering the pokeball, which now feels warm to the touch. The warmth dissipates quickly.
I look over a Tenera." Dude...We just caught our first pokemon!!"

I set up a little camp in the area, Weedle already being out and about. Camp is set up easily enough.

-walks slowly towards the camp Marcus has set up carrying the berries i found out foregoing, blaze and breeze keeping pace with me, breeze is flying excitedly around me and finally heads off towards the camp- were back! i got some berries-opens bag- lets see, i got 5 sitris, 10 razz, lets eat

Weedle and Breeze keep playing with each other, Squirtle naps on my head.-
you know, I expected them to hate each other, given what we saw earlier.

think about it, the other pidgey were attacking the weedle with breeze laying near him to me it looked like weedle was protecting him, now i don't know the whole story but i think that they were friends and the other pidgey didn't like it

The rest of the Journey to Viridian is relatively uneventful for the two new Pokémon Trainers and their new Pokémon. Along the way they find more Berries: 5 more Sitrus, 10 more Razz, 5 Kebia, 25 more Oran, 5 Passho, 10 Wacan, 5 more Pecha, 5 Enigma, 5 Mago, and 10 Bluk Berries.

Once you pass from the limits of the Path into the city itself you smell the delightful smells of a nearby Bakery, you see a Pokémon Center to your right with what appears to be a Bakery Café attached and a Pokémart to the left.
