Clan Registry RULES (PLEASE READ)

Here is where you place bios for user created clans.

RULES:
1. Clans must be aproved by an ADMIN or Moderator
2. NO UCHIHA OR SHARINGAN VARIANTS!!!
3. No combining 2 existing clans (i.e. No Hyuga/Uchiha halfbreeds with both bloodlines....also see rule 2)
4. A character may not start with anything higher than a C rank ability from the clan ability lists.
5. Be creative and descriptive.
6. Clan must have atleast 5 abilities
7. Each clan gets it's own thread where the information and members are listed once the thread has been made it is the responsibility of the clans creator to update it as needed
