Learning new moves? Read this first

As you know any new move has to be approve by either me or the kage in charge of your village.

Once it's been approved you can can role play the training.

In order to train you actually have to role play the training...

To learn the move the training post (or posts) must add up to a certain word count.

For Genin, Chunin, Jounin/Specialist jounin, Elite Jounin, Kage Level/S rank Shinobi

E rank = 1 paragraph (5 to 7 GOOD sentences)
D= 250 words, Paragraph for all other ranks
C= 500 words, 250, Paragraph for all other ranks
B= 750 words, 500, 250, paragraph for all other ranks
A= 1000 words, 750, 500, 250, Paragraph for all others
S= 1250 words

Specialist Jounin spcialize in one type of technique and it cost them 100 less to learn a move from that technique and 100 more to learn another type of move

Example: Kurenai = Genjustu Specialist jounin, Maito Gai = Tajutsu Specialist Jounin

As you rise in ranks the word count for training goes down by 250 until you get to the one paragraph mark.
S rank moves are always 1250 word count because THEY ARE FRIGGIN S RANK MOVES..... and mainly because you can even learn one unless a jounin level or higher teacher is training you or you are a jounin your self.
